Networking Your Way to Becoming an 'Industry Expert'

Robyn Henderson, Managing Director, Networking to Win

Robyn Henderson 130 pixelsGlobal networking specialist Robyn Henderson, Director of  Networking to Win - is synonymous with networking in Australia and New Zealand. Robyn is successful, dynamic and considered by the media as the woman to go to when comments are needed on the subject of networking. But has Robyn always been considered an industry expert? Well the simple answer to that is 'No'. Like all those who are considered generally as Industry Experts, she has worked extremely hard over the years strategically positioning herself into this role in the market place.

Back in 1992 when Robyn launched her business, only 10% of the population even knew what she was talking about! Today Robyn has spoken in 12 countries, written and contributed to 30 books and appeared in newspapers, magazines and on television and is the 'go-to' person for networking. The interesting point is that Robyn has achieved her status and position as an 'Industry Expert' without ever using paid advertising, a PR firm or a big budget.

In this interactive session Robyn will share the '10 Keys' she has used personally to go from nowhere to becoming the 'Industry Expert' she is today.

Robyn will share how and why:
People pay to hear from industry experts, not speakers.
You need to stand out from your competitors.
l Being remembered positively is so important.
l Experts don't need to be pushy.
l How to write articles, ezines and books stress free.
Staying connected in a disconnected world is a must.
l You need to become a sphere of influence.
