On Arrival: Pre-luncheon drink followed by cash bar.

Main: Herb roasted chicken with field mushrooms, parsley and lemon - served with seasonal vegetables.

Alternative Main (Vegetarian):  Crispy fried polenta with sauteed mushrooms, peas, poached egg and soft herbs.

Dessert: White chocolate and saffron brulee with pear.

Note: Meal will be served with fresh dinner rolls and followed by coffee, tea and chocolates.
