Building Power and Productivity Through Strategy and Vision

Babette Bensoussan, Director, The MindShifts Group

Babette Bensoussan - The MindShift GroupMaking decisions is the most important job of any executive. It is also the toughest and riskiest. Bad decisions can damage a business and a career. Decisions are not made in a vacuum. There are always numerous factors that influence the breadth and depth of a decision. Organisational decisions, for example, are made within the context of a company's strategy and vision, as well as financial and operational capacity.

Babette Bensoussan brings her knowledge, expertise and vast experience on this topic to the table and will cover the key principles of strategic thinking including: How to get your strategy right; It's not what you make, it's what you stand for; and How to recognise the warning signs of the wrong vision. Over lunch you will discuss and learn where strategies come from, some of the most common decision making traps and how to avoid them and short term versus long term considerations.
