Wendy Fogarty is a Business Management Consultant and founder of her business, Important & Imperative Business Solutions (I&IBS), established in 1998. Wendy specialises in SME turn-arounds, business process improvement, strategic planning, mergers, acquisitions and succession planning. She has a Diploma of Management coupled with various other tertiary qualifications and over 25 years of ‘hands on’ operational and management experience across a wide variety of industries. Wendy is a specialist in knowledge and information management and has worked extensively in the Intellectual Property space.
Prior to establishing her own business, Wendy had a colourful and exciting 17 year career background working for small nationals through to multi-nationals within industries such as human resources, education, travel, fashion, cosmetics and interior design. With a proven track record and a portfolio of business success stories behind her, Wendy has helped hundreds of small businesses improve their profitability, achieve KPIs, increase operational efficiency, implement staff and customer retention strategies and strengthen their competitiveness in the marketplace. The businesses Wendy works with are often going through change and require both strategic and structural management support that enables them to move onto the next level of growth. Many of Wendy’s clients continue on to achieve industry recognition and long term sustainability.

On Arrival: Pre-luncheon drink followed by cash bar.
Main: Lamb Shank slow cooked in red wine and rosemary on sweet potato mash.
Alternative Main (Vegetarian): Stir fry Asian vegetables tossed with hokkien noodles in a chili soy sauce.
Dessert: Mixed berry cheesecake with cream and berry coulis.
Note: Meal will be served with fresh dinner rolls and followed by coffee, tea and chocolates.
