How to Promote Yourself at This Event:

On Arrival: Pre-luncheon drink followed by cash bar.
Main: Eye fillet served on a scallop potato with caramelised onion and season vegetables and topped with asparagus and béarnaise sauce.
Alternative Main (Vegetarian): Vegetable lasagne with snow peas, mushroom, baby fennel and cherry tomatoes, sugo and pine nuts.
Dessert: Sticky date pudding served warm with butterscotch sauce and cream.
Note: Meal will be served with fresh dinner rolls and followed by coffee, tea and chocolates.
