On Arrival: Pre-luncheon drink followed by cash bar.

Main: Petite lamb rump Wellington, enveloped in duxelles and light flaky pastry, served on galette potatoes and roasted garlic jus - served with steamed seasonal vegetables.

Alternative Main (Vegetarian):  Chickpea and vegetable tangine with citrus and raisin cous cous.

Dessert:  Muscovado cheese cake with blueberry and mango layers.
