Anneli Blundell | Performance Coach | Beyond Coaching

Your Business:

I assist people to master their minds so they can hear their hearts. In doing so, I help people tap into their passions and live the life they always wanted. Mastery of one's mental processes provides the greatest opportunity for mastering your life and moving forward on your terms. Changing your current results is not always about getting new information, having more training, acquiring new things - it is often more about exploring new ways of thinking about things that really makes the difference. And once you clean up your thinking and become more conscious of the choices you are making, then you automatically get access to greater connections, greater intuition and a greater sense of self and, with this, the permission and the tools to be more of who you really are.

Business Tip:

Operate from a place of intention rather than expectation. When I get hung up on how things are 'supposed to go' I leave myself at the mercy of external forces that I can't control. However, when I approach everything with a clear intention, I know I have done the best I could and can rest easy at the end of the day.

Marketing Tip:

Pay it forward. Business is based on relationships. Never underestimate the power of connecting authentically with someone and helping them out wherever possible. When you are totally present for others and not distracted by your own agenda, you create better, longer lasting relationships and a lovely by-product of this is that often people will look for ways to send you business, as you have for them.

Work and Family:

Find a way that works for you, not a way that is 'supposed' to work for you. Let go of expectations of how long you should spend at work, at home, with friends, with family and just make sure that wherever you are and whoever you are with, you make the most of it and don't dilute the experience by thinking about where else you should be.

Best thing about WNA Membership:
