What's been your most outstanding career/business achievement?

Recognising that I had outgrown my original business niche and deciding to let it go and begin again. Scary but worth it.

What are your top 3 networking tips?

1. Be clear about your purpose.
2. Prepare yourself mentally, physically, emotionally.
3. Let go of expectations and 'go along for the ride'.

What's been your most successful marketing or career progression strategy?

1. Dedicate a day away from the office every 6 months for planning and dreaming.
2. Do a little marketing each day and check in with your 'big picture' to stay on track.
3. Regular supervision/mentoring with someone you admire and learn from.

What can't you live without?

Feeling authentic.
