Public Speaking the fun, fearless, feminine way! I teach women in business how to overcome fears of speaking and presenting themselves in public by creating a heart to heart connection with their listeners. Clients come to me from around Australia and New Zealand for confidential phone coaching, corporate training and working holiday retreats.

What's been your most outstanding career/business achievement?

Recognising that I had outgrown my original business niche and deciding to let it go and begin again. Scary but worth it.

What are your top 3 networking tips?

1. Be clear about your purpose.
2. Prepare yourself mentally, physically, emotionally.
3. Let go of expectations and 'go along for the ride'.

What's been your most successful marketing or career progression strategy?

1. Dedicate a day away from the office every 6 months for planning and dreaming.
2. Do a little marketing each day and check in with your 'big picture' to stay on track.
3. Regular supervision/mentoring with someone you admire and learn from.

What can't you live without?

Feeling authentic.
