I am the Managing Director of a company I established in 1988 'Mothers Dream Team' Pty Ltd trading as Placement Solutions.
The company provides government approved rebated in-home childcarers and household management services.
In early 2012 I launched 'Just Family Nanny Services Payroll' Pty Ltd. This business is complementary to our exisiting niche recruitment company.

What's been your most outstanding business achievement?

| Formulating and writing the National In-Home Child Care Standards as a a Member of the DEEWR National Steering Committee. Fighting for the Victorian Working with Children check to become law for all those working or volunteering with children. |

l Listen more than you speak.
l Network with the right groups for your business.
l Follow up and then follow up again. |

What's been your most successful marketing or career progression strategy?
|
| Finding an industry sector that needs improvement and then working to bring about that change, and remaining passionate about the need for change. Constantly evaluating and improving on systems for quality enhancement. Recruiting on the right attitude first and foremost. |
