About Women's Network Australia

The Concept

Events 5It started with a few women helping each other, sharing business contacts, information and ideas for success. 20 years on and it has become the Nation's leading networking organisation for women in business.

Women's Network Australia is a membership-based organisation that empowers and encourages women to reach their full potential in business. For over two decades this premier business women's network has been educating, guiding and supporting women in their pursuit of business success.

We offer a balanced range of membership activities which are supported by educational services including workshops, seminars and consulting services. Through regular business events in Adelaide, Hobart, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Perth, outstanding self-promotion and networking and mentoring opportunities are made available to our Members and, more importantly, encouraged. The ignition of trade and referrals between our Members is one of our organisation's most recognised and valued features.

On joining Women's Network Australia you instantly tap into an extensive network of business and personal contacts and an environment that is supportive of both your business and personal goals. We continue to grow and lead the way as one of the most respected and valuable resources for women in business today. The History

Lynette Palmen Women's Network AustraliaWomen's Network Australia was established in 1990 by business entrepreneur Lynette Palmen AM. Inspired by her own personal and business experiences in the corporate sector during the 80s and 90s, she set out to design an organisation based on what she wished had been available to her.

Lynette spends much of her time travelling across the Nation speaking to, for and about women and the issues that are important to women and their success in both the corporate, small business and home-based sector. Lynette's business style is bold and upfront and her leadership qualities are inspirational. She is a mentor and role model to thousands of women across Australia.

Lynette was recognised by the Queen's Honours List for her passion to see women succeed. Read Story
