Your advertisement in Women's Network Australia's (WNA) weekly eNoticeBoard MUST adhere to the following guidelines. If your advertisement does NOT comply it may be edited or rejected altogether, which means you will be required to re-submit your order. The purpose of these guidelines is to ensure that our weekly eNoticeBoard:
a) Remains of a high quality.
b) Does not inadvertently get blocked by servers or email software due to language that is associated with spam or offensive content.
c) Provides true, accurate, relevant and inoffensive information to recipients.
GUIDELINES: We reserve the right to reject inappropriate advertising material.
Do NOT - copy and paste material. You MUST type your text into the order form and comply with the word count.
Do NOT - use more than one exclamation mark (!) in your advert.
Do NOT - use more than one dollar sign ($) in a row.
Do NOT - use incorrect spelling.
Do NOT - use links to website addresses or contact details that are not linking correctly.
Do NOT - use words like 'money back guarantee' or any other wording that could be considered or interpreted as spam language.
By submitting your advertisement for the WNA eNoticeBoard you agree to accept the following:
CONDITIONS OF USE
WNA reserves the right to accept your advertisement only when credit card payment for the service has been successfully processed. If the provided credit card declines, the advertisement is automatically deleted.
We do not distribute adult or sexually related or questionable material.
We do not accept or knowingly distribute advertisements containing 'get rich quick schemes' or 'pyramid selling'.
We reserve the right to withhold, reject or classify any advertisement as unacceptable including those that could bring WNA into disrepute.
We reserve the right to refuse to write, edit or distribute any material that is or may be considered to be defamatory or misleading in any way.
We will immediately reject any advertisement that is considered false, misleading, offensive or unlawful. If you do not comply with the Conditions of Use you may be refused future access to the service and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities for further action.

By engaging the services of WNA, you agree to indemnify WNA against any loss or liability whatsoever or howsoever arising out of any breach of copyright or intellectual property in the material to be edited, written or distributed, or any, defamatory or misleading statements or material contained therein.
