Sue Lester | Head Transition Coach & Founder | Growing Content Pty Ltd

WNA Featured Member - Sue LesterTell us about your current business:

As Head Transition Coach my main role is to assist my clients to let go and grow. By changing their mindset, they can gain absolute clarity, authentic confidence and sustained motivation to make the changes they want to see in their lives.

I am also a speaker, author, workshop facilitator, Master NLP/hypnosis practitioner, radio show host and Professional Support Adviser for Family Capers. Oh, and a world traveller - love trekking and exotic destinations. I swear I was born with a Travel Bug.

Find out more about my business.

What's been your most outstanding achievements?

A 10 minute presentation to 250 at corporate state conference (with 3 hours notice) resulting in an invitation to speak at their IWD lunch alongside the Qld Premier Anna Bligh. I was nominated for the Telstra Business Awards last year, but what I'm most proud of are our individual client successes. I know that for every person I assist change, the ripple-on effect touches thousands.

What are your top 3 networking tips?

Be yourself and smile. Seek out and enjoy the opportunities to connect, share and learn. Be reliable - do what you say you'll do.

What's been your most successful marketing or career progression strategy?

Taking every opportunity to stand up and speak. e.g. event guest speaker, giving prizes at networking events, guest webinar presenter, own workshops and webinars, JV video series, radio show presenter, video blogging. I definitely need and intend to do more of this later!

What can't you live without?

l Love.
l Nature's beauty.
l Sense of connection with others.

What value and benefit have you or your business gained by being a WNA Member?

Where to start! I'm always looking for ways to connect others - if we all do that we all benefit beautifully.
