Why Business Is About Heart

Modern marketing focuses so much on followers and likes. But without heart, selling products and services becomes a transaction that has no heart or soul. If you really want to connect with your tribe, you have to tell stories. Stories about you, your triumphs and failures. Stories about the human condition because that is how we really connect with others, to build know, like and trust.
All too often, women shy away from this style of marketing. It’s confronting and not something they’re prepared for. Why can’t you just hang your shingle out and people swamp you wanting to buy your wares?
