QLD Executive Round Table Luncheon – Exclusive

Elena_Gosse

How to Lead Like a Woman

How to Lead Like a Woman

Elena Gosse is a trail-blazing entrepreneur and CEO of one of Australia’s most innovative companies, Australian Innovative Systems (AIS). AIS is a multi-award winning leader in the design, production and supply of commercial and residential chlorine generators and water disinfection technology. AIS exports to 55+ countries.

After arriving in Australia as a Russian immigrant with her two young daughters, Elena overcame significant personal and professional challenges. She changed careers, mastered the English language and embarked on further tertiary education. She holds a Bachelor of Musical Theatre from Serebryakov State University (Russia) and a Bachelor in Business Accounting from QUT (Australia).

From a business perspective, Elena regards herself as a disruptor in her industry.  She is not afraid to take risks.  Elena is proud, passionate and tenacious and challenges the notion of ‘business as usual’.

Elena says “my previous career in the performing arts has given me the skills to utilise my femininity and creativity in an industry that has long been dominated by men”. Which lends to our Topic “How to Lead Like a Woman”.

Executive Round Table Luncheon

This forum lends to an open discussion on the latest business, management, leadership and entrepreneurial issues. It’s an opportunity to make new connections, network with each other and share strategies, engage opinions, and canvas comments on issues relating to industry sectors. It also affords the chance to reconnect with those you may have lost track of and tap into expertise and updates from the Table Topic of the day.

At each of the luncheons we place a spotlight on one of Brisbane’s senior business leaders and introduce you to their business and expertise in the marketplace and as they lead the Table Topic of the Day.  Please note that this is capped at 20 attendees.
