As Executive Director of the Women in Business Awards of Australia and Queensland Women in Business, Karen has been a trailblazer in developing key women’s initiatives including the highly coveted Women in Business Awards and Leadership Program across cities and regional territories, Queensland’s Women in Business Summit and the Empowering Young Women’s school Program.
A committed women’s leadership advocate Karen, has specialised in the women’s market for over 25 years working with some of Australia’s major organisations, small business and industry associations alike on female advocacy and is driven by the principle that it is our life-long responsibility to forge a leadership legacy for future female generations.
