Swinging into Action for a fabulous life ahead

2018. New year. Well almost, given that we are already in March.

But that doesn’t matter.  Every day is new.

Every new day gives you the chance to start again. Refreshed, new.

I hear so many women talking about what they want to change in their lives.  What they want to be different.  But nothing really changes.

‘Not enough time’ I’m told.  ‘Too busy’ is another classic.

Both are fair, given that life is stressful a lot of the time.

The pace of life has been ‘super-speeded’ by technology and the slower pace of life is gone.  Forever.

But if we don’t make time for the changes in our life that we want to see, nothing will change.

I guarantee it.

‘When I win the Lotto, Caryn, I’ll go to Europe.’  ‘I’m waiting to retire before I travel.’ ‘When my parents pass, and I get a little money, then I’ll buy a new car.’

Sound familiar?

We all know life is too short.  Who knows what happens tomorrow?  We may be here, or not.

So, stop procrastinating and sort your stuff.

Make a list of things you want (or need) to do.  Swing into action.

Nobody is going to do it for you.

This is YOUR life.  Unless you believe in reincarnation, you only have one shot at it. So give it the best one you have.

Action Plan

  • What 2 major goals do I want to achieve this year?
  • What 2 smaller goals do I want to achieve?
  • How, when and what help do I need to do so?
  • What deadlines will I set for myself?
