Productivity's Triple Threat™ - People Pleasing, Perfectionism and Procrastination
Louise D'Allura - Director of The Revamp Experience and Creator of WELL Productivity Professional Support Program
When we think about threats to our productivity we’re quick to acknowledge the low hanging fruit – interruptions and distractions that come from external sources. Tackling these is essential for improving productivity, but for peak performance in life and work, we have to dig a little deeper.
If you put other’s needs before you own, struggle to know when to stop perfecting something, experience self-doubt or feel overwhelmed pondering details even before you start, or experience failure as humiliating, it’s possible you’re in the throes of Productivity’s Triple Threat™.
If we let it, Productivity’s Triple Threat™ - People Pleasing, Perfectionism and Procrastination can undermine our productivity and decision making. Individually they can wreak havoc, but together they can be a dangerous combination calling the shots.
As a recovering people pleaser, perfectionist, and procrastinator, Louise D’Allura knows these characters all too well.
Over lunch, Louise will support you to explore your productivity habits and the real reasons behind why you do the things you do. Productivity’s Triple Threat™ can be triggered in a variety of ways and this session you will be given an opportunity to explore how they show up for YOU. The reasons for the delayed decisions, multi-tasking, too many to do’s for the time you have.
You’ll be able to identify the practices and mindsets that undermine your efforts and the new practices that will improve the success of your life and business.
