On Arrival: Pre-luncheon drink followed by cash bar.
Main: Grilled fish with salsa verde aioli, spinach, preserved lemon, toasted grains and a pickled fennel salad.
Alternative Main (Vegetarian): Vegetable Korma, basmati rice, riata condiments.
Dessert: Strawberry frangipane tart served with vanilla bean ice-cream and poached strawberries.
Note: Meal will be served with fresh dinner rolls and followed by coffee, tea and chocolates.
