It's the festive season and time to plan for the year ahead. As you wind down towards the break, who will be looking after your business during the festive season?
During this light hearted and fun presentation, Christine will talk about the one word your business can simply NOT do without – Trust.
Trust is the most important word that any business should focus on - it comes from the why? the how? and the where? of anyone trying to supply any service and product today.
When you focus on trust first, the rest will follow, and it's knowing how to build that trust in your customers and staff that will lay the foundations for a successful, and sustainable business. We'll dive into this whole concept, and how it can apply to your lives as well as your businesses.

About Christine Green:
Beginning in advertising and publicity, Christine has morphed from acting, to teaching as a drama specialist, to running ten successful restaurants as owner/chef.
She taught in English and Drama in Japan, and set up the first factory outlet in Tasmania, was the lifestyle editor of Tasmania's biggest circulation community newspaper, and has worked in PR and communications in Hobart.
She is now the founder of Just the Sizzle, a food blog that is about chefs and the food industry, and has launched her memoirs, "Theatre of War: The Art of running a restaurant" with radio interviews across the country. She is working on a chef help line called "Off the Hotplate" that will give back to an industry she loves.

On Arrival: Pre-luncheon drink followed by cash bar.
Main: Chef's Christmas plate with slices of roast leg of pork, breast of turkey and honey Christmas ham on roasted vegetables topped with rich pan jus and condiments.
Alternative Main (Vegetarian): Mushroom and fetta tart served with a traditional Greek salad.
Dessert: Traditional Christmas pudding served with brandied custurd sauce, chantilly cream and vanilla bean ice-cream.
Note: Meal will be served with fresh dinner rolls and followed by coffee, tea and chocolates.
