The impact of social media means there is a new breed of 'social influencers' influencing consumers from Gen Z through to Boomers, and they operate on very different platforms.

This presentation will help you understand brand ambassadors and influencers today and provide you with clarity on what your brand needs to do, to get in the game.

About Ellen Baron:

Ellen founded Ruby Cha Cha, 10 years ago and has a wealth of experience running a small business.  Ellen is a champion and founding driver of deeper insight and research in Australia. Starting out in the world of gambling and alcohol addiction, Ellen has been researching difficult and sensitive populations for many years. Ellen continues to work with clients in sensitive areas including menopause, digestive health, bladder control, retirement and high care patient needs.

On the lighter side she is often found researching the entertainment industry, and has loads of expertise in consumer health and wellbeing, B2B and FMCG marketing. She is outspoken on addressing the growing needs of the 50 plus market and has launched propriety research, a facebook page and is speaking to C-Suite on this topic.  Ellen is keen to do more, and keen to help women particularly in business and how to drive better thinking.

She has helped many clients nail the right talent brief for their brand and has provided clear guidelines on who to go for and who to avoid.

Devonshire High Tea:  Served in the true tradition of a 'High Tea', you'll be feasting on beautifully arranged Chef selection of gourmet rolls, wraps and baguettes, seasonal fruit and Chef selection of mini cakes.

There are seven levels of parking located directly at the hotel with internal lift access to the lobby and function floors.  This is an external operated car park, via Wilsons Car Parks.
