The Women’s Network Australia Impact Awards

The Women’s Network Australia (WNA) Impact Awards acknowledge the contribution of extraordinary women within our Network. We define ‘extraordinary’ by the positive impact of their actions and their alignment with our Mission.

Our mission

• Provide strong network of contacts and a sharing culture
• Provide access to professional and personal development information in a unique and supportive business environment
• Inspire and encourage women to develop professional strategies and skills for success in business
• Provide a platform for like-minded individuals to share information, ideas and knowledge and bring about positive change for women and girls
• Provide a forum for the recognition of women’s achievements and create role models for young women to aspire to
• Lift the level of awareness, acceptance and visibility of women and the talents and resources they contribute to the community and the economy.

Categories

For the 2027 Awards, we introduce the following categories:

• People’s Choice: Celebrating an inspiring WNA member whose impact has earned the recognition and support of her peers and community. (As voted by WNA Members)
• Charity Champion: Recognising a woman making an outstanding contribution to charitable causes and creating positive change in her community.
• Leading Lady: Honouring an accomplished woman whose leadership, achievements and influence inspire and empower others.
• Emerging Leader: Recognising a rising leader who demonstrates exceptional potential and is already making a meaningful impact.
• Small Business Leader: Celebrating a woman who demonstrates outstanding entrepreneurship, innovation and leadership in small business.
• Special Award: Recognising an exceptional contribution to WNA, its members or the broader community that deserves particular recognition.

Applicants do not need to specify which category they are nominating for. Finalists and winners may be selected for multiple categories.

Only the People’s Choice Award will based on a popular vote. All other categories will be judged by the official judging panel.
