Jenny’s a sales expert & author of “Don’t Get Hung Up (How to sell products and services by phone)”, and co-author of “Secrets of Top Sales Professionals Exposed”. She has been in Sales and Marketing for the last 32 years and has exceeded many companies’ expectations with outstanding results from her consulting and training.
Jenny Cartwright is not only Australia’s leading telephone sales expert, but a speaker, sales trainer, consultant and coach. She has had over 30 years’ hands-on experience in guiding some of Australia’s leading companies to the pinnacle of sales success.
Following a career in face to face sales and sales management for a major hotel chain and international sales management with an Australian coach tour company, Jenny started her own sales consulting company to help businesses increase their sales.

She conducts public workshops all over Australia, in-house customised training for companies in a vast variety of industries and speaks at business conferences worldwide.
