Online selling strategies are becoming more and more popular but unless you pick up a telephone at specific parts of the sales process, you are going to be losing thousands of dollars.

Offline sales strategy must include carefully constructed telephone calls for prospecting, follow-up, appointment setting and inbound call conversion. They personalise the sales process, build rapport with the customer and you can get an immediate response rather than waiting days for an email response that might never come.

In this session our sales expert, Jenny Cartwright, will show you some ways to use the phone in conjunction with email and online marketing to sell professional services and turn your business into a moneymaking machine.

About Jenny Cartwright:

Our Business Insight Lunchtime Sessions are themed for you to add value to your membership. Unlike a typical webinar format our online sessions are interactive. They provide you with the opportunity to network by introducing yourself and your business and you’ll be able to take part in the discussion and ask the expert panellist – Jenny Cartwright  questions. Due to the interactive format and for privacy reasons the sessions are NOT recorded.
