PLEASE NOTE:
Please ensure that you have satisfactorily completed all sections of the guest speaking form. There will be an opportunity to provide a special offer to the audience at the end of your presentation. However, if this is just an exercise to collect names and not deliver on your promise, or provide substance with your presentation, there will be a fee charged for you to self promote. There will be a lectern, microphone, and most cases OHP available. Any additional audio visual costs will be worn by the Guest Speaker.
