Vicki will show you how you can age gracefully or disgracefully if that is your wish! Being healthy and active will ensure that you can LIVE an amazing life as you age. This is across all parameters of health including physical, mental and spiritual health.
About Vicki Allan:
Vicki Allan has an absolute passion to assist people to live their ‘Best Life”. Whether this be through exercise, nutrition, hypnotherapy or coaching. Vicki wants people to enjoy the benefits of optimum health to live a joyful and happy life.
Vicki is a nurse of some 40 years experience, especially in Chronic Disease Management. She has owned and operated her own fitness business for some 30 years specialising in exercise for Older Adults and Rehabilitation. Vicki has also developed the trademarked Sit and Be Fit Chair Exercise Program. In recent years she has expanded her scope to include Health and Wellness Coaching, Life Coaching and Clinical Hypnotherapy.

How to promote your business at this event
Brochure or Product Sample Distribution: WNA Members who bring a door prize to this event are entitled to place their promotional flyers or product samples onto the seats for all the guests in attendance.
FREE Expo Tables: Whilst making an online booking WNA Members have the option of securing a Free Expo Table. If the option doesn’t appear it indicates all spaces have been secured.
On Arrival: Pre-luncheon drink followed by cash bar.
Beverages: Freshly brewed coffee and selection of fine and herbal teas and water on tables.
Scrumptious Buffet Selection: Will be served with freshly baked breads, garden salad.
Hot Buffet Selection: Local and fresh seafood tossed with creamy mornay sauce and penne pasta.
Vegetarian Alternative: Stir fry vegetables with hokkien noodle.
Dessert: Freshly sliced seasonal fruit platter, platter of sweets, assorted mini cakes and slices.
Special Diets: Special dietary requirements are to be indicated in the comments section of your booking form. Due to venue policy we are required to give 3 working days notice prior to this event for special diets that are to be served on the day.
