A New Healing Science Comes of Age: What is Kinesiology?

In The News

Kinesiology encompasses holistic health disciplines which use the gentle art of muscle monitoring to access information about a person’s well being.

Originating in the 1970’s, Kinesiology combines Western techniques and Eastern wisdoms to promote physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health, identifying the elements which inhibit the body’s natural internal energies, accessing life enhancing potential of the individual.

When our system is functioning well, we feel well.

Kinesiology is a non invasive energetic healing science.  A combination of ancient Eastern wisdoms and Western muscle monitoring working with the body’s innate healing intelligence, restoring balance to the neurological and physical function.

Muscle monitoring gives instant access to holistic information held in the core operating unit of the entire body-mind system – the subconscious.  This normally inaccessible neural substrate holds all our memories, information  regarding physical emotional, mental and energetic states and also determines our muscle tension,  Accessing the bio-system quickly determines the specific strategy to best reinstate the body’s balance.

Profound changes may be experienced with Kinesiology Balances, emotionally, mentally and physically increasing a person’s health and well being while assisting the natural healing process.

Energetic blocks or stresses prevent smooth energetic transmission which affects our biofeedback system resulting in changes in energy.

By challenging the biofeedback mechanism present in all muscles, the “read-out” or findings may present as physical pain, mental discomfort, and the many expressions of disease. These can include allergies, depression, postural problems, poor performance levels, learning and relationship difficulties, digestive and nervous disorders – whatever the presenting problem, the system is saying that it is malfunctioning.

The real goal of the Kinesiology Balance is to identify the bottom line cause of the imbalance and then resolve it.  It may be nutritional, emotional, structural, psychological, energetic or even spiritual – something as simple as an “Attitude” or a forgotten memory.
