#53 Unplug

Public Relations & Media Services
With the pressures of our everyday personal and professional lives and being in this 24/7/52 technology-driven world, it’s extremely important to “unplug” from technology, namely your devices (mobile phone, laptop, iPad, etc etc and any digital screen in general).

I now schedule time in my week to physically remove myself from my mobile and laptop.

Despite being an entrepreneur and needing to be in almost daily contact with my team and business partners, I realise (and encourage them!) that there are NO EMERGENCIES in our business.

With experiencing several recent deaths of close family members and friends, NOTHING and I mean NOTHING is more important than life and being there for people in dire times of need.

All business and issues can wait. Dying people cannot.

Whilst this may be a tough pill to swallow, please take the time to unplug from technology, so you can ironically recharge your own batteries!
If you would like to learn more about public speaking, please contact me.

See you on the stages of the world.
