#56 Life Lessons From A Dog

Public Relations & Media Services
On a recent (albeit fast and busy) weekend visit to see my son play in his AFL Grand Final, the following day I took Shari, my beloved Border Collie Kelpie Cross for a short walk.

She is now 15 years old. Quite senior for a dog.

Whilst on the walk, she made me think of life lessons.

She is wiser.
She is older.
She is greyer.
She is slower.
She is still friendly.

Time marches on.

This is the same for each and every one of us and everyone in your audience!  The majority of people will be seeing and hearing you for the first time, however, there will be some who “revisit” and see/hear you again.  Put yourself in their shoes.  Once you initially build rapport and trust, relationships last, no matter how long between visits.  Your audience will connect with you over and over again.

Live Life…Love Life.

Be your best.

See you on the stages of the world.
